Jimmy Stovall Senior Vice President, Customer Care

Jimmy Stovall is senior vice president of Customer Care for ATX. In this role, he has accountability for all business issues and business development for major OEM accounts, and manages account teams and cross functional teams in the day-to-day operations of business. Stovall is also responsible for all call centers operations in both North America and Europe. Previously, he was vice president of Global Account Management.

Stovall joined ATX in March 1999 and held multiple leadership roles within the ATX Operations organization, including vice president of Operations, accountable for the performance of all departmental functions at the company’s Düsseldorf, Germany location.

Before joining ATX, he held Program and Project Management roles with Protection One Mobile, as well as Operations and Technical Support management roles with Westinghouse.
