Peggy Ward

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Cross Country Automotive Services and ATX

As chief financial and administrative officer of Cross Country Automotive Services and ATX, Peggy Ward brings over 20 years of finance, operations, and business planning expertise. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in building and enhancing financial management processes, financial and human resource systems, as well as providing ongoing business decision support.

Prior to joining Cross Country, Ward was vice president – Finance at Casual Male Retail Group, Inc., and also held executive level finance and operations positions at Stride Rite Corp., and Allied Domecq QSR (Dunkin’ Donuts, Inc.). Ward started her career with Ernst & Young in Boston, where she earned a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Ward holds a bachelor of science degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and attended the Tuck Executive Program in General Management at Dartmouth College.
