ATX Recognized for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec 2, 2005—ATX Group, the second largest provider of automotive telematics services, was recently named a recipient of the 2005 Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) Award by CustomerSat, Inc., a leader in real-time customer feedback solutions that measure, analyze, and drive action based on satisfaction and loyalty.

The ACE Award acknowledges the commitment ATX has to achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. ATX earned top customer satisfaction scores for its North American Response Center Satisfaction based on surveys of subscribers which are conducted periodically throughout the year.
