Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the roadside billing function. Create, implement and monitor processes to ensure timely and accurate client billing and dispute resolution. Coordinate and ensure a professional relationship between clients, vendors and internal departments.
Skills/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience
* 5-7 years progressive billing experience/supervisory experience; Business-to-business experience preferred
* Experience with a Tier One financial billing system, Oracle 11i a plus
* Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet applications, BRIO and Cognos query tools
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills
* Ability to negotiate with internal and external customers
* Must be self motivated and directed; Ability to be calm under pressure
* Ability to multi-task under stressful situations with tight deadlines
* Demonstrated project management skills characterized by ability to manage goals, instill organizational initiatives, and follow through on project completion
* Ability to implement process improvements
* Ability to work collaboratively and also push back when situations require
