Renée Kingsley General Counsel

Renée Kingsley has been general counsel of ATX since December 2001. Prior to ATX, she was the general counsel and vice president of Administrative Services for Protection One, a publicly traded security alarm services company, from November 1997 through September 2001. Her career in the security business began at Westinghouse Security Systems, where she was involved in the earliest stages of what emerged as the telematics business.

Her previous private law firm experience focused on litigation and general business practices.

Kingsley holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Spring Hill College (Ala.).
